When placing an order please refer to our size chart or contact us care@BYLD.store to ensure you're ordering the correct size.

Order cancellation: 

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Once an order has been placed it CANNOT be altered. We cannot change, swap or replaceproducts once an order has been placed.

 

Returns:

This section applies to ALL CUSTOMERS

We only accept returns, we DO NOT offer exchanges.

We do NOT under any circumstance accept returns on hijabs (headscarves) for hygiene reasons.

We STRICTLY do NOT accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items bought during promotional sales/seasons. All discounted items are FINAL SALES.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for the following reasons: receiving a faulty product, the wrong order or wanting an exchange for a valid reason.

 

All customers are responsible for covering the cost of returns.

To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned product does not meet these standards, we have a right to refuse the return. If you return an item without contacting us prior, the item will be returned back to you.  

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for covering the cost of postage for your return. We strongly suggest using a tracked method of postage to ensure the item reaches us safely, we are not liable nor responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and it is within our right to not fulfil the return. In the rare incident where a product has been sent faulty, we will provide a full refund within 7-10 working days upon returning the item.
