SECTION 21 - SHIPPING POLICY
United Kingdom (Domestic) All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail, DPD, or DHL Express.

Standard Delivery: Arrives within 3–5 working days.

Express Delivery: Orders placed before 12pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm may take 1–2 working days.
Tracking numbers will be emailed upon dispatch. Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, BYLD is not responsible for any loss or delay in transit.
Europe Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, or DHL Express.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 2–4 working days via DHL Express.
Tracking information will be provided via email. BYLD is not responsible for parcels once tracking has been issued.
USA & Canada Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, or DHL Express.

Tracking numbers will be sent by email. Once shipped and tracking is provided, BYLD assumes no liability for delays or lost items.
SECTION 22 - INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES - IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER
BYLD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price and may be applied by your local customs authorities upon delivery.
We strongly recommend researching your country’s import regulations and potential duties before placing an order. If an order is returned to BYLD due to non-compliance or failure to pay import duties, the customer will be liable for any additional return and re-delivery charges.
